  • Hatha Yoga at Yellowave Brighton

    Every Tuesday at 6.30-7.30pm

    A traditional Hatha class exploring asana postures, pranayama and meditation. A joyful practice to increase both physical and mental strength, balance and flexibility. Raise your energy, whilst calming the fluctuations of the mind. All levels welcome; beginner friendly.

  • Private Classes

    From the comfort of your own home, explore Hatha yoga through asanas, pranayama and meditation. Every class is meticulously planned and personalised for you. I offer in person and online classes, or a mixture of both.

  • Personalised Self-Practice Training

    Wish you could practice at home regularly but don’t know where to begin? Struggling to maintain consistency or momentum in your self-practice? I can help you create an ever-evolving plan that works for you, to master the art of self-practice.

    If you don’t have any local classes, or want to practice at home in addition to your usual classes, workshops or retreats, let’s chat.

  • Retreat in the South of France

    From 2027, I will begin retreats at our hideaway in southern France, in between Nimes and Montpellier.
