About me

Whilst working in theatre in London in my mid-twenties, my jaw completely locked and I was sent to an osteopath by my insightful boss, Judy. Unbeknownst to me, stress was the root cause and Hatha yoga was strongly suggested.

Over the last 27 years, Hatha yoga has helped guide me through all the wonderful adventures and challenges of life. After many years living in France then Canada, we returned to the UK and now live most of the time in Brighton, UK.

In February 2025, to deepen my practice, I set off for India. At an incredible ashram near Mysore, Samyak Institute of Yoga & Ayurveda, I trained to be a yoga teacher during a 200 hour residential course. I learned how little I know and how much more I want to learn…

In October 2026, I will set off again to India to complete my advance 300 hour training.

What I teach

I teach traditional Hatha yoga which includes asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and meditation (dhyana).

One to one and groups classes. In person and online. Personalised self-practice training and French retreats to begin soon.

I teach what I practice; what resonates with me.
